Social Media Manager & Content Creator

KIT seeks a strategic thinking, self-motivated, and creative digital communications professional to create social media content for our clients.

You will be involved in the entire process, from developing a content plan to production and distribution. We think that you are a specialist in how content is produced and consumed through social channels. In addition, you have an excellent ability to express yourself correctly and engagingly in writing - storytelling is your thing.

As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator at KIT, you have the opportunity to develop the role based on your experience and interests!
 

Key job responsibilities

  • Create top-quality content for our clients on social platforms
  • Find and tell stories and angles that interest our customers' target groups
  • Develop content plans and creative recommendations for social media content
  • Produce stunning writing - copy, scripts, articles - in different tones of voice and with different goals
  • Keeping on top of the latest trends and developments across all social media platforms, adapting content to the specific audiences and particularities of the channel
  • Set relevant KPIs
  • Schedule and distribute content
  • Coordination and planning of campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize processes, act on data and feedback to suggest improvements, and make analyzes in follow-up towards the customer

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience of working with digital communications and social media, typically at an agency or in-house
  • Proficient with features of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
  • Experience using design and video editing software such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Storykit, and Canva
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Swedish and English)
